Terms & Conditions for VIP Competition

By entering, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

Entry Requirements.

Entries must be supported by explicit permission of a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.

Children must be under 8 years old when entering and have been photographed by Simply Timeless in the past.

Entrants must submit their entry (image) in a Facebook message accompanied by confirmation of their current age.

You may only submit one image that includes the child/children entered, taken by Simply Timeless during a portrait session.

Images taken during your session (in the case of winning) can be able to be used in our portfolio, future advertising, and social media posts.

Your Entry.

Your entry will be posted publicly on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SimplyTimelessPhotography/).

Entries can be made up until midday on July 16, 2026.

Voting will close, and reactions will be counted at midday on July 18, 2026.

The Winners & Prizes.

The winner of the main prize will be selected based on the highest number of reactions, and the runner-up sessions will be randomly selected using a random number generator.

Main Prize: The entry with the highest number of reactions (likes, loves, etc) will win a full studio or outdoor Session with 15 digital images. The session must be used by September 30th, 2026.

Runner-Ups: Randomly selected entries with more than 25 reactions will win a Mini studio session with one free digital image. These sessions will be held on fixed dates through August.

Won sessions are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

Full sessions can include the family, and mini sessions include the child with any of his/her older/younger siblings.

Rules.

Any entry suspected of cheating (including, but not limited to, buying likes) may be deleted and disqualified.

Privacy.

If requested by the parent or guardian, images may be removed at any time before the competition ends, but this will result in the loss of all likes collected.
